🔄 Replacement Policy

Replacement may be provided only when an eligible product has a qualifying software-related issue that prevents the product from functioning as intended.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The customer must contact our support team as soon as the issue is identified.
• The product may be inspected or tested before a replacement is approved.
• Replacement is subject to verification and approval by Strength Physio.

⚙️ Hardware Issues

Hardware-related damage or failure is not covered under the replacement policy stated above.

• Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for replacement.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage or unauthorized modification is not eligible for replacement.
• Customers should carefully inspect the product after delivery and contact us promptly if a software-related issue is identified.

📅 7-Day Replacement Window

Eligible replacement requests must be submitted within 0–7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the applicable replacement period may not be accepted.

🛡️ Warranty

Selected products are covered by a 1-year warranty, subject to the specific warranty terms applicable to the product.

• Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, electrical issues, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
• Customers should contact Strength Physio support for warranty-related assistance.

💳 Refund Policy

As our products are generally not eligible for return, refunds are not normally provided after delivery.

If a refund is exceptionally approved by Strength Physio, the applicable refund process and amount will be communicated to the customer.
